Im Sommertal Meersburg werden in derzeit 14 Gruppen insgesamt 255 Kinder im Alter von einem Jahr bis zum Eintritt in die weiterführende Schule betreut und gefördert. In Krippe, Kindergarten und Hort unterstützen wir alle Kinder ganzheitlich in ihren Selbstbildungsprozessen und bereiten sie auf ihren weiteren Lebensweg vor. Neben der nachhaltigen Umsetzung des Orientierungsplans ist uns die Ausbildung und Weiterent­wick­lung von pädagogischen Fachkräften ein wichtiges Anliegen.

Für unsere 5-gruppige Krippe suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine

pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in einer
U3-Gruppe mit Ganztagesbetreuung (100%)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Betreuung der Kinder im Alter von 1-3 Jahren in ihrer individuellen Entwicklung
  • Mitwirkung an der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von pädagogischen Konzeptionen, des Kinderschutz­konzepts und des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Gestaltung eines anregungsreichen Lernumfelds für die Kinder

Wir erwarten:

  • Einen staatlich anerkannten Erzieher (m/w/d) oder Elementarpädagogen (m/w/d)
  • Freude an der pädagogischen Arbeit mit den Kindern und am Umgang mit Eltern, Kollegen und Kolleginnen
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
